Digitization

Great embroidery starts with a great stitch file. We convert your logo or artwork into a precise, production-ready digitized file — tuned by hand so it stitches clean on any fabric.

What It Is

From artwork to stitches, mapped by hand

Digitizing is the craft of turning a flat image into a set of instructions your embroidery machine can follow — every stitch, direction and layer decided deliberately.

A logo that looks perfect on screen won't automatically embroider well. We control stitch type, density and underlay so fine lines, small text and gradients all translate into thread the right way.

  • Detail preserved

Thin lines and small lettering tuned so they stay crisp.

  • Fabric-aware

Density and underlay adjusted for caps, knits, fleece and more.

  • Proof before production

You approve colors and placement before anything runs.

Thread & Color

How we match your colors

We stitch in Madeira Polyneon — a 100% polyester thread built for uniforms, safety garments and commercial linens: extremely durable, smooth running, and resistant to chlorine bleach. We match from your Pantone or CMYK values — or straight from your artwork if you don’t have them — to the closest shade in the range, then tell you how close it lands before anything runs.

  • Thread is a palette, not a mix

Ink is blended to a value; thread is manufactured in fixed shades. We match to the nearest Polyneon color rather than mixing one, so the goal is the closest match — not an exact reproduction.

  • Pantone, CMYK — or neither

Got brand values? Send them and we’ll convert to the nearest Polyneon shade. No brand guide is no problem — send the logo file, a printed sample, or the garment itself and we’ll match to what’s in front of us.

  • Why a color can read differently

Polyneon is a high-shine thread, so a shade shifts noticeably with the light. The garment color underneath and how densely an area is stitched both change how the eye reads it — the same thread looks different on white versus charcoal.

  • You see the match before production

We name the Polyneon number we’ve chosen and flag how close it is to your target. You approve a digital proof and then a stitch-out — the thread sewn on fabric — before a single piece is run.
